Operations Branch Manager

X2 Mortgage is a modern mortgage brokerage built to not only save our clients as much money as possible, but ultimately provide a world class experience. To achieve this, we’re looking to hire a Senior Mortgage Processor who’s willing to lead our operations team and further strengthen and support the building blocks of our processing team.

Our Ops Branch Managers at X2 Mortgage are the heart and soul of our continued success when it comes to not only closing loans efficiently - but giving that “Wowza!” experience to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring loans move quickly and efficiently in addition to implementing new techniques and procedures to better our processes.

This role is designed for those individuals who will be instrumental in developing performance driven results without sacrificing outstanding company culture. You’ll partner closely with other leadership members to keep X2 as cohesive as possible.

Here’s What You’ll be Able to Look Forward To:

•   Communicate promptly with clients, third party service providers, partners, internal processors, and production leaders
•   Handle the processing loan overflow when necessary
•   Take care of loans in process when assigned team members are out of the office
•   Manage all processors to ensure speed and quality of work is up to X2 standards
•   Control and de-escalate files when issues arise
•   Track all loans in process to ensure on time closings and amazed client experiences
•   Yearly pay range between $65,000 - $141,000

Couple of Things We Look For:

•   Minimum of 5-7 years in a similar mortgage role
•   Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac - the choice is yours!)
•   Organization - Organization - Organization
•   Willingness to think out of the box when figuring out solutions to new problems
•   Incredibly thorough understanding of mortgage loan guidelines
•   Positive attitude with leadership background and qualities
•   Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
