Senior Processor

X2 Mortgage is a modern mortgage brokerage built to not only save our clients as much money as possible, but ultimately provide a world class experience. To achieve this, we’re looking to hire a Senior Mortgage Processor who’s willing to help lead our team and further strengthen the building blocks of our processing team.

Our Sr Processors at X2 Mortgage are the future of our continued success when it comes to closing loans efficiently and helping others do the same. In this role, you will still be responsible for ensuring loans move quickly and efficiently in addition to mentoring new loan processors. The primary focus is providing support and mentorship while still being a valuable asset to company loan flow.

Here’s What You’ll be Able to Look Forward To:

•   Communicate promptly with clients, third party service providers, and partners
•   Thoroughly review sensitive documentation scanning for any red flags
•   Prepare, scan, and organize all files and documents
•   Mentor 1-2 Jr Processors as they learn how to be successful in the role
•   Track loan in process to ensure on time closings
•   Obtain final loan approvals as quickly and efficiently as possible
•   Yearly pay range between $56,000 - $110,000

Couple of Things We Look For:

•   Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar mortgage processing role
•   Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac - the choice is yours!)
•   Organization - Organization - Organization
•   Willingness to think out of the box when figuring out solutions to new problems
•   Thorough understanding of mortgage loan guidelines
•   Positive attitude with willingness to have patience with newbies
•   Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
